Moira Dela Torre became a hot topic online after her former friend, songwriter Lolito Go made accusations against him.
Lolito claimed that Moira once failed to credit him for co-writing her song, that she isn’t always truthful, and that she also made mistakes in her failed marriage with Jason Marvin Hernandez.
After making those accusations, some netizens accused him of criticizing Moira to chase clout. In a new Facebook post, to disprove the clout-chaser accusations, Lolito revealed that he has refused to get interviewed by three major channels about the controversy.
“I turned down 3 interviews yesterday from major news channels. Kung clout chaser lang talaga ako, I could have easily grabbed those opportunities to further hog the limelight. I've seen people who intentionally called attention unto themselves tas susundutan ng pag-put up ng YT channel or pag-launch ng skincare product. No, I'm not one of those. Masaya na akong gumising kasama ang asawa't anak at nag-aalmusal ng mumurahing meatloaf. (90% harina),” Lolito posted.
Furthermore, Lolito explained why he has been silent amid the statement from Moira’s camp denying his allegations. According to Lolito, he is temporarily keeping quiet since he is preparing for an upcoming “storm.”
